Tricia is a busy Mom of three, wife, and nurse. Tricia started tracking macronutrients to increase fat loss and improve her performance in the gym. After she began making exercise a priority, she lost a significant amount of fat, but had plateaued when she felt there was still lots of progress to be made. That’s when she learned about macro nutrition. By tracking macronutrients, she was able to push through the plateau and see amazing results. As a nurse, Tricia has a passion for helping others so becoming a macro coach was just another way to help others learn to properly fuel their body to see results both physically and in their performance. She loves to teach others about proper nutrition and is always striving to learn more to help her clients reach their full potential.
