Hi all, my name is Sami and I am a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach. I have a huge passion to help people understand the importance of good nutrition and the role it has in attaining one's desired results.
Before becoming certified in Nutrition I played the diet game myself and yo-yo’d back-and-forth with weight loss and weight gain, and was often left feeling hopeless. I worked out all the time, I trained people, but still felt that I was lacking in results due to poor nutrition. This along with support from specialists in Fitness and Nutrition is what led me to spend a lot of time and investment in learning more about Nutrition, getting two certifications in Nutrition and ultimately becoming a Nutrition and Wellness Coach.
As a wife and mother of 4 kids, I completely understand the ‘crazy’, the ‘busy’, and the ‘chaos’ that life brings! I understand everyday life can lead people to make poor food choices that can be detrimental to their health and wellness. I understand that everyone is different - our lifestyles are different, our activity levels are different, our tastes for food vary, our time and schedules vary, our struggles vary and so on.
We are all so bombarded everywhere, everyday with a different approach to nutrition and many are left feeling confused! However, there is not a one-size-fits-all for healthy living. Finding what works best for each individual is challenging and I have taken on that challenge with my program in Tailored Fit Nutrition. Working side by side with each client, helping them find their fit with healthy living. Something that is not a quick fix, but one that is lasting. My time is spent educating clients along the way, encouraging them, guiding them, finding the tools that work for them and keeping clients accountable daily to create healthy habits and hang on to them. This is what makes a difference in so many lives!
