Hi all! I’m Rebecca and I am a wife and a mom. I grew up dancing and after suffering from many injuries, I discovered the power of training your body for the life you want to live.
I always looked at working out as a way to lose weight but it is SO MUCH MORE than that! How you feed and train your body not only affects how you look but also how you feel and how you show up to what is important in your life. I believe that our physical health, mental health and spiritual health are all connected which is why I created Becca’s Faith & Fitness.
My goal is to help you become the best possible version of yourself. I will help you by providing workouts, nutritional support and inspiration. I LOVE to cook so sharing delicious and nutritious recipes is another passion of mine.
