I am an IFPA certified advance fitness trainer and sports nutrition specialist since 2017. I graduated from the University of Phoenix online with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology 2011. I worked at Papa Johns for over 10 years before going full time as a personal trainer in 2018. I have several fitness educational certifications from IFPA. I currently train in person at World Gym Mishawaka, IN part time and coach clients online the other part of my time.
I Specialize in teaching clients a sustainable and practical way to implement diet and fitness into their life to achieve, maintain and build on their goals. Coaching individuals to help them have a better quality of life through fitness and nutritional education is my dream come true job and I genuinely love it.
I have fibromyalgia all over my body from a near fatal car wreck in 2004 that soft boned fractured 65% of all bones in my body. I am missing 1/3 of my ulna bones and have permanent plates in each forearm to replace the bones. I developed thyroid disease in 2019 and had total thyroid ablation Jan 2020. I am still in the recovery stage of this process. It's not appealing but I share this information as inspiration to keep trying your best every day. Trying and coming short is always better than not trying at all.-Laura Clark
