A little about me and my journey. I’ve been up and down with my weight for years...starting all the way back in high school. I’ve gained and lost close to 100 lbs, three different times in my life. Over the past year or so I’ve lost another 100 lbs and really found a passion for health and fitness. At my heaviest I was 342 lbs. I now sit at 242 lbs and look to lose an additional 40-45 lbs by the end of 2021. I know how it feels to be overweight and feel helpless, ashamed and like everyone is looking at you negatively.
My “why” in becoming a coach is to find the people out there who feel how I did, INSPIRE them and show them there is hope and it CAN be done if you put in the work.
