Chris Call

Chris Call, owner of Evolve Fitness and Nutrition has spent the last 30 years of his life learning, growing and teaching others the skills and knowledge he has developed since he began training and participating in body building competitions while still in High School. His love for the gym coupled with his desire to help others has led him to finally turn his hobby into a career that he is very passionate about. Chris would love to help you “Evolve” into the best version of you that you can be!
Chris has his ISSA Elite Training Certification with specialties in Certified Personal Training, Nutrition, and Exercise Therapy. He is excited to add the Macro Missionary certification to his portfolio and looks forward to assisting his clients with not just the training aspect of good health, but also to bring a bigger focus on nutrition to clients that may not realize the importance of what actually goes into the body and how it can affect their health.
Chris has a passion for helping everyone from those who just want to drop a few pounds to previous athletes that want to get back to their prime weight, to people who just want to maintain a healthy diet.
While taking a break from bodybuilding in his late twenties, Chris also played semi-pro football for 10 years with the Mustangs. While playing football, he kept up his healthy diet and continued his gym time which served him well when he was suddenly diagnosed with cancer at the age of 36. Both Chris and his doctors credit his healthy lifestyle both prior to and after his treatment with helping in his recovery and remission.
He is an avid sports fan, loves to travel and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Chris has been married to his wife, Heidi, for 7 years. His son Josh, daughter-in-law Megan and sweet little grandson Dexter still live in his hometown of Wabash, IN while his stepdaughter, Ella, is a student and still lives at home and helps with the business. He also has two Goldendoodle babies, Liesl and Loki that keep him on his toes.
