Casey Jones

Hello! My name is Casey and I would like to share a little about myself. I come from a small place called Texas where my true home will always be. At 18, I raised my right hand and took an oath to defend this country. For the next 11 years I travelled all over the world for the Navy, which eventually landed me in Washington State where I currently reside. During that time, I fell in love with fitness and dubbed what some would call a “gym junkie”. I had never heard of a personal trainer or fitness consultant at that time and many things I learned on my own or by copying someone else. Least to say I had no clue what I was doing but that didn’t stop me from at least trying to look like I did!

It wasn’t until years later, I realized that what I ate had more impact on my physical growth than just exhausting myself at the gym. Once I started making changes to my diet is when I finally started to see and FEEL the changes, not only physically but mentally.

After the Navy I had a calling to Nursing. I did all types nursing specialties but the one I fell in love with was Dementia Care. This was a field that requires lots of love, patience and compassion. It was also through this that I learned just how important our physical and nutritional health is to our body and mind. My passion for helping people didn’t stop there though. I am also a school nurse and BLS/CPR instructor.

My two wonderful children are the motivation that keeps me going and striving to be the best version of myself that I can be.
My goal is to help as many people as possible to reach their own fitness and nutritional goals and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I often think back to my earlier years, how much more I could have accomplished if I had that one person guiding and motivating me. I would love to be that person for you!
Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me!
