As an athlete, training was always important to me, but the summer after my senior year I had a life-changing accident. A two-ton retaining wall fell on top of me, breaking several bones and damaging a lot of nerves. The doctors told me I would have to do exercise for the result of my life or my body would fall apart. I have found that this medical advice should be given to everyone. I have watched many of my friends have health issues that could have been avoided by proper nutrition and exercise. I decided that I needed to take my passion for personal health and wellness and share it with as many people as possible. Dad Gym Life is a belief that even though we are adults with full lives and responsibilities, we need to take care of our bodies, because you only get one. Taking care if our bodies is a life-long journey, and it is meant to be enjoyed.
