Hi I’m Beverly, I own B-Fit in Elizabethtown Ky. I have been involved in weight training since I was a senior in high school. I fell in love with what lifting can do for our bodies and loved showing clients how the workouts could help them get the results they wanted.
At a later point in life I realized I was starting to have physical issues and did not feel great most days. Gut related issues began to be a major problem for me. It was at this time about 16 or 17 years ago that I began taking a deeper dive into nutrition, our environment, our mental health and so many other topics so that I could explore the effect they have on our overall health.
I have certifications through several different organizations, which has been great for lifting and workout knowledge, but it was my study with the CHEK Institute that helped me to learn how everything is connected and what we can do to get better when we work on all the elements of our life.
Our health and fitness journey starts form the day we are born. To make improvements and get results we have to look at the big picture which includes our nutritional choices, sleep, water, stress, workout effectiveness, community support and family support.
I am doing online coaching so that I can help others outside of my current area to feel better, get stronger, lose bodyfat and potentially even have less pain. Having nutritional plans, workouts plans and coaching will help you get the results that you want.
I have 3 grandbabies and 1 on the way and I am looking forward to staying healthy and fit to be able to enjoy all of their activities and to keep up with them.
I have many years of experience working with triathletes, runners, bikers, grandmas, grandpas and youth athletes.
