Hi, I'm AL! I'm a strong believer in utilizing fitness to radically change your life. I've been lifting weights since 2017 when I found myself going into depression after a breakup and a lifestyle of partying. After awhile I started to love it and haven't looked back since!

Not only has it helped to build discipline and important daily habits, its also helped tremendously with low self esteem, and no self confidence.

Optimizing/learning about nutrition, defining your goals, paying attention to detail, being consistent, investing in your mindset/beliefs, enjoying the journey, and never giving up is what I'm about!
