Thanks for taking the time to allow me to introduce myself!

It took me several years to find my way back to nutrition and fitness after battling a 6-year drug addiction during and out of high school. I have just over 12 years of sobriety, and I am very proud of that! Prior to finding my way back to a healthy lifestyle, I had to learn habit-forming skills in order to beat my addiction. I believe addiction comes in many forms, including food addiction, which is why I feel that I have some relatable life experience in that arena and can help other people who may be struggling.

I also got diagnosed with a primary and secondary autoimmune disorder several years ago following a high-stress civil service. Since then, I have worked alongside my primary care physician, my own nutrition coach, mental wellness therapist and so many other people to achieve my own personal level of overall health and wellness. I do believe that it takes a village to battle disease of any kind, and is not a one-size-fits all experience. In repairing and preventing some of my own disease processes and inflammation, I found passion in helping other people do the same. That is the “why” behind my business, and I genuinely can’t wait to help you! I believe, as a community, we can change lives by supporting, helping and communicating together about holistic health and adapting our lifestyles one habit at a time.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my bio, and I hope to help you formulate your own personal wellness plan, one step at a time! Let’s reach our goals together as a team!
